Award-winning ABG site goes global

Last year CA3 added another gong to the trophy cabinet, when it picked up best website at the CIPDRMAs for Avis Budget Group EMEA careers website. The site was praised for its beautiful design and engaging content, as well as the enviable results it achieved in both reducing time to hire and candidate quality.

So, it came as a welcome surprise to us, when ABG asked us to take the site global to engage with candidates in Asia and Australasia in the same engaging manner.

Staying true to the original key objective was integral to this project. That objective being 'Great content, not lots of content'. Careful stakeholder management was hugely important on this project, as was getting the buy in of teams all around the world (as well as their input to ensure the site positioned ABG as a global brand, but in a local way). This was supported by GEO location, an improved social hub, new content and a batch of new profile videos to give the site a truly international feel.

Our Creative Director may not have got a global video shoot on this one, but we created an incredible site that's received positive feedback from all around the world.
