It's not often CA3 get to put on our glad rags (especially our CD - scruffy bugger!), but the RADs is always a good excuse. This year we were up for Best Employee Engagement for the global onboarding portal we developed for Aviva. It's safe to say we were VERY excited about it!

Kerry is one of the largest food, ingredient and flavours companies in the world and employs around 100 graduates each year across the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe. It’s a high profile business, but its graduate marketing was outdated and wasn’t delivering. In fact, it was in need of a complete overhaul.

Avis Budget Group (better known as Avis, Budget and ZipCar in the UK) were a multi-national with a problem - no EMEA brand presence. We worked with them to create a new careers website with the aim of building that brand.

Nestlé recruit over 200 graduates a year into eleven different programmes. In 2013 they teamed up with CAPP to change from competency to strengths based assessment and in 2014 CA3 were charged with creating a new innovative assessment test... but that was just the start.
